Please note, for the safety of the dogs, we do not permit dogs to bring their own beds and toys from home as they may get damaged during play with other dogs, and could potentially cause conflict. While all clients must attest to their pet's behavior prior to boarding, some behaviors may be revealed only after a dog has attended boarding for a number of days. If any conduct which deemed unacceptable or dangerous occurs our staff will take measures to correct and re-teach the behaviors in question. If the behavior does not respond to our attempts at correction we reserve the right to crate a pet at any time in the event that a dog shows the potential to cause severe injury or to be unwilling to adjust to the socialization involved in boarding. Although the Boarding environment is a safe and well supervised area, the client acknowledges that rough play can be an inherent part of dog behavior during Boarding. Despite well trained staff and constant supervision, play may become too rough and an injury to pets may result. If your dog injures another pet or person you will accept all financial responsibility associated with that injury. In the event it is required that your pet requires immediate treatment before you, the client can be contacted, the client authorizes us to treat pets as deemed necessary by a veterinarian and to take financial responsibility for treatment, transportation and additional staff hours. Every effort will be made to make sure my pets stay is safe and pleasant. In the event that my pet needs vetrinary attention, i authoize Dog Wash N' Go to obtain medical attention for my pet at my full expense. I understand that unforseen medical issues can arise out of nowhere. And that boarding (of any kind, anywhere) can cause stress to a pet, which increases the risks of medical issues. I will not hold Dog Wash N' Go respobsible in anyway in the event that this occurs with my pet. As per our “better safe than sorry” policy, If your pet shows any sign of illness, even mild, we will be obligated to obtain veterinary attention for your pet at the owners expense. The owner will accept financial responsibility for medical bills, transportation and additional staff hours associated with this. If you are late to pick up your pet you may be liable for an additional fee. lateness during business hours could lead to a daycare fee charge. Lateness after business hours could lead to a minute charge or result in your dog spending the night boarding with us at your expense. My dogs up to date on all NYC required vaccines. And my dog is in good health. I understand that I am responsible to disclose any health concerns or systems my dog is demonstrating prior to boarding. I understand that my dog will be boarding with other pets and should s/he be sick, s/he could infect other dogs. If your pet has any fleas they will be given a flea bath at your expense.
